When booking an apartment, you agree to the terms below
 

RESERVATIONS
The person responsible for the booking must be over 18 years of age and be one of the occupants of the apartment. In case of breach of the above terms or sublease, the booking will be cancelled immediately without  refund. The reservation is not guaranteed until credit card details or company confirmation are received. We do not accept cash payment.

 

 

PAYMENT

The agreed amount is paid by credit card, bank card or bank transfer at the latest at the start of the stay, then monthly in advance for long-term rentals.

Booking of additional services during the stay is payable upon booking.

Invoicing must be approved by Origo after credit check is completed before the start of the stay, and is only offered to business customers with an agreement.

 

 

CANCELLATION OF ACCOMMODATION UNITS AND OTHER PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

All cancellations and changes to orders must be notified in writing by mail to be considered valid.

Long term rentals and group bookings can be changed/cancelled up to 7 days before check-in.

Single bookings can be changed/cancelled up to 24 hours before check-in.

 

 

DISPOSAL OF THE APARTMENTS

-Booked apartments are guaranteed to be ready for check-in at 3 pm on the day of arrival, and will be available until 12 on departure day. The flats cannot be used beyond this time unless otherwise has been agreed with Origo.

 

-In terms of late check-out, the customer will be charged 100% of the current daily price.

 

-A further rent out of apartments is not allowed, and any business activities are prohibited.

-Origo does not allow parties in the apartments, and the security service has the right to reject any resident who violates these regulations rules are neglected.
-Origo reserves the right to visit the apartment if needed during the rental. Natural situations will be: agreed cleaning, reported deficiencies/maintenance by the occupant,  water leakage, fire, or if other damage/maintenance is suspected.

-After this deadline, any purchases will be charged fully in the event of a no-show.

 

 

LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE

The customer is responsible for damage caused to the apartments as a result of negligent or intentional behaviour by the occupant. In case of damage or defects during stay or at check-out, this is rectified by Origo and the customer will be charged for time spent and material costs.

 

All apartments and public areas are non-smoking, and violations will be fined NOK 2500.

 

Animal husbandry is not allowed in the apartments unless otherwise agreed in writing with Origo in advance.

 

Such an agreement will add extra cleaning costs - while unauthorized animal husbandry will be penalized with NOK 2500, and cancellation of booking without refund.

 

At check-out, the apartments must be handed over well maintained. Negligent use which requires extra cleaning (possibly cleaning) will be charged to the customer.

 

Origo is not responsible for any damage or loss of personal property during your stay.

 

Residents are encouraged to have travel insurance, and must themselves report any theft or damage.

 

Residents are responsible for preventing fire when using the kitchen and by avoiding the covering of panel heaters.

 

In the event of negligence leading to fire or to evacuation of the Fire and Rescue Service, the customer will be charged for the costs this entails. Residents are obliged to familiarize themselves with the apartment hotel's fire instructions.

 

COMPLAINTS

Complaints from customers or residents must be made in writing by mail as soon as possible and within 24 hours after check-out.

 

AVAILABILITY

In the absence of an apartment category, Origo can choose, at no additional cost to the customer, to upgrade the customer's apartment to a higher category. When the original apartment category becomes vacant, the resident is obliged to move to the originally booked apartment.

 

Origo offers free Wi-Fi to all our residents. The offer is a free service that is not given the right to a complaint.

 

FORCE MAJEURE

Events beyond the control of the Contracting Parties, which make it impossible to fulfill the obligations of this Agreement (eg strike, lockout, fire, etc.), give the right to terminate the Agreement without liability.
