Practical information

Origo Apartment Hotel offers six categories of recently renovated, bright, and modern apartments, centrally located in Drammen. Each apartment is equipped with its own kitchen and bathroom, ensuring that our guests have all the practical amenities they need without compromising on the hotel’s service, security, and standards.

Standard facilities

All our apartments have the following standard kitchen furniture: A stove, an oven (or microwave), a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a kettle and a nespresso machine. Each apartment also includes one or more beds or bedrooms, a private sofa with a coffee table, and a bathroom with a washing machine. Many apartments also feature a dining table with chairs. The largest apartments additionally offer a hallway, separate living room and kitchen, up to two bathrooms, and multiple bedrooms.

Mobile key

The apartment complex is partially staffed and offers an easy check-in with Mobile Key.

Download your mobile key by following these steps:

Download the key app called “UPKEY”.
You will receive a username and password on your day of arrival.
Log in using the provided username and password.
Make sure Bluetooth and location services are enabled on your phone.
As you approach the door, a door icon will appear.
Tap the icon, and the door will unlock.

We will also send you a 4-digit code that can be used directly on the doors if you prefer not to use the key app.

NB: Check-in must occur before 9pm so that the key app is not deactivated. If you arrive later than this, you can make an appointment with us in advance. We also offer regular key cards to guests without a mobile phone with access to the app.

Check-in

Check-in: 3pm – 9pm
Check-out: Before 11am

Check-in after 9:00 PM must be arranged in advance.

Extra bed

We offer an extra bed if needed for the cost of NOK 150 – (NOK 125 – for kids). Please remember to tick off your requirements in the booking system to order.

Cleaning

Rooms are cleaned weekly for stays of more than one week, including change of towels and linen. Extra cleaning beyond this can be ordered for a fee and must be ordered the night before.

Vinjesgate 2: You are welcome to use a vacuum cleaner and other cleaning supplies stored on the 3rd floor. Garbage can be emptied in the basement.
Øvre Storgate 3: Cleaning supplies and a vacuum cleaner are available in a utility closet located on the 1st and 3rd floors. Trash can be disposed of in the backyard.
Øvre Storgate 5: A vacuum cleaner is available in the open basement room. Trash can also be disposed of here.

Parking

Vinjes gate 2: Please note that the car park outside the hotel is reserved for Rema 1000’s customers every day. Origo is not responsible for any fines if you park your car in this area. On the other hand, we can offer parking in Vinjes gate 10 for a fee. Please make an appointment a day in advance.Øvre Storgate 3 and Øvre Storgate 5: Parking is available onsite for a fee. Please make an appointment a day in advance.

WiFi

All apartments have free wireless internet access. Login information can be found on the information sheet in the apartment.

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed in the rooms or our common areas. A fee of 2500 NOK will be charged in case of violation of this matter.

Size

We offer apartments of all sizes, from smaller studio apartments to larger apartments with two and three bedrooms. The size of the apartments varies from 21 – 98 m2, which is suitable for both shorter and longer stays and both individuals and couples and larger groups and families.

Age Requirement

The person responsible for the booking must be over 23 years old and must also be one of the residents in the apartment. In case of violation of the terms and conditions, the booking will be cancelled immediately without refund.
